Kaiser Permanente Interactive Tecnologies
Health Risk Assesment CD

This CD is being installed in schools nationwide
to assess health risks for teens. It contains over 300 questions
with conditional branching, customized printouts
for the student, the provider and an M.D., as well as
the ability to generate detailed reports on collected data.
